John Dale
John Dale is a best-selling author, editor, writing teacher and Director of the Centre for New Writing at the University of Technology, Sydney. He is the author of six books including Dark Angel which won the Ned Kelly award for Best First Novel and The Dogs Are Barking, a novel about police corruption in Sydney. His non-fiction book Huckstepp: A Dangerous Life was a best-seller and his last book Wild Life, was published in 2004 to critical acclaim. He is the recent editor of Car Lovers and his new novel Leaving Suzie Pye was published by Harper Collins in May 2010.
